Client Rights
All clients receiving services at Southeastern Services & More LLC have the right to:
- Receive services in a safe, respectful, and non-discriminatory environment.
- Be treated with dignity and respect at all times.
- Participate in all aspects of service planning and decision-making.
- Have their cultural, religious, and personal preferences honored.
- Receive confidential services in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
- Receive information about their diagnosis, treatment plan, and available services.
- Voice concerns or complaints without fear of retaliation.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about their health and personal history.
- Participate actively in their treatment planning and goal-setting.
- Follow agreed-upon treatment plans and recommendations.
- Respect the rights and privacy of other clients and staff.
- Notify staff of any changes in health, medications, or living situation that may affect treatment.
- Address grievances through the proper channels as outlined in agency policies.
